Role Description This is a full-time, in office Salesperson role based in Ahmedabad. The Salesperson will be responsible for promoting Axis Bank’s retail and SME banking products, such as accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance,



and investment solutions, to new and existing customers. Typical activities include identifying prospective customers, conducting needs-based conversations, explaining product features and benefits, and guiding customers through application and onboarding processes. The role involves achieving individual and branch sales targets, maintaining accurate records in bank systems, and coordinating with branch staff and product teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The Salesperson will also support post-sales relationship management, handle basic customer queries, adhere to regulatory and internal compliance guidelines, and represent Axis Bank professionally in the local market.
