Role Description The Mechanical Engineer will work on-site in Karnal in a full time capacity, supporting the design, optimization, and maintenance of machinery and production processes used in textile and home décor manufacturing. Responsibilities include collaborating with production teams to enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality. The role involves overseeing installation and commissioning of equipment, troubleshooting mechanical issues,



and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders on technical solutions. The Mechanical Engineer will also contribute to research and development efforts, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and support project planning, timelines, and documentation.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering with experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Proficiency in Machine Design and understanding of mechanical systems used in production settings
.
Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects.
Exposure to Research and Development (R&D;) activities, such as prototyping, testing, and process improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
