Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in South Delhi. The Salesperson will engage potential and existing customers, explain ParaFit India’s customized diet plans, and guide them in selecting suitable services aligned with their health and fitness goals. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, conducting in-person and phone consultations, following up on inquiries, and closing sales to meet individual and team targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records,



coordinating with nutritionists and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and representing the brand at local events or promotions. The Salesperson is expected to provide clear, empathetic communication, uphold high service standards, and actively contribute to customer retention and growth.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including relationship-building, active listening, and transparent communication.
Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in lead management, converting prospects, and working toward revenue targets.
Basic understanding of health, fitness, or nutrition concepts and the ability to explain offerings in simple, persuasive terms.
Comfort working on-site in South Delhi, with good time management, planning, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with common digital tools (CRM or lead-tracking software, email, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn new systems.
