About the Role

Linkway Learning Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an ambitious, target-driven, and high-performing Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team focused on DBA and PhD programs.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in education sales, academic counseling, admissions, or consultative selling, with the ability to engage and convert working professionals, senior executives, entrepreneurs, business leaders, researchers, and aspiring doctoral candidates.

This role requires excellent communication, consultative selling, relationship management, objection handling, and closing skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing qualified leads throughout the admissions journey and driving enrollment and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities





Handle inbound and outbound leads for DBA, PhD, and doctoral-level programs.

Connect with working professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, academics, and prospective researchers to understand their career and academic objectives.

Conduct consultative sales calls and recommend suitable doctoral programs based on candidate profiles and aspirations.

Clearly explain program structure, eligibility, admission requirements, academic pathways, research components, timelines, and fee structures.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to counseling, follow-up, negotiation, and enrollment closure.

Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain consistent engagement throughout the decision-making process.

Handle candidate objections related to eligibility, fees, program credibility, duration, research requirements, and career outcomes.
