Role Description The Event Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bally, responsible for planning and executing academic, co-curricular, and community events across the school. Day-to-day tasks include designing event concepts, preparing schedules, coordinating logistics, managing venues, and ensuring all materials and resources are in place. The role involves working closely with school leadership, teachers, students, and external vendors to ensure events run smoothly, safely, and on budget. The Event Manager will oversee invitations,



registrations, and communications, supervise event set-up and breakdown, and monitor quality and feedback to continuously improve future events. This position also requires maintaining detailed documentation, timelines, and reports while upholding the school’s standards and brand.
Qualifications
Strong event planning and coordination skills, including experience managing school or educational events, ceremonies, and competitions.
Proficiency in vendor management, budgeting, and basic logistics such as catering, transport, audio-visual arrangements, and venue setup.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with school leadership, staff, students, families, and external partners.
Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple events and deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
