Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive current business growth and expand our client base in international markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, business development, international sales and will be responsible for generating qualified leads, acquiring new clients, and building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales initiatives.
• Prospect and engage with potential clients across the USA, UK, and Canada.
• Identify and connect with CPA firms, accounting firms, and businesses requiring accounting and bookkeeping outsourcing services.




• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to understand their requirements.
• Present and position Mindspace's accounting and outsourcing solutions to prospective clients.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate with prospective clients and work towards successful closures.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate sales records, lead details, and pipeline updates in CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Represent the company at relevant networking events, business meetings, and industry platforms when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–7 years of experience in Business Development
