Role Overview
We're looking for a 3D Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of real estate 3D visualization projects — property walkthroughs, digital twins, and experience centers — bridging creative teams, technical execution, and client expectations. You'll be the person who keeps ambitious visualization work on time, on budget, and true to the design vision.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and manage 3D visualization project pipelines (property walkthroughs, digital twins, experience centers) from brief to final delivery
Coordinate between 3D artists, designers,



and technical teams to ensure smooth production workflows
Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent real estate projects
Liaise directly with clients — developers and sales teams — on project status, revisions, and deliverables
Anticipate production bottlenecks and proactively resolve pipeline issues
Maintain quality standards across all 3D deliverables before client handoff
Requirements
3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within real estate visualization, architectural visualization, or 3D property presentation
Solid working understanding of 3D visualization pipelines and software: Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or Unreal Engine
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent client-facing communication skills
Comfortable working onsite in Lucknow
