Role Description The Marketing and Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves promoting Care By Cadabams’ homecare services, engaging with prospective clients, and supporting conversions from inquiry to service onboarding. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with leads and customers, explaining service offerings, building and maintaining relationships, and providing timely follow-ups.



The associate will support sales campaigns, assist in implementing sales and marketing initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience. The role may also involve participating in training sessions, gathering feedback from clients, and helping refine outreach strategies to increase brand visibility and service adoption.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and families.
Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to drive lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
