Role Description The Solar Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This position involves identifying prospective customers, generating leads, and conducting site visits to assess rooftop suitability and energy requirements. The Solar Consultant will explain solar solutions, prepare proposals, and present cost-benefit analyses to help customers make informed decisions. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with technical and installation teams, managing customer expectations,



and providing ongoing support throughout the sales and implementation process. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, meeting sales targets, and staying updated on solar products, policies, and incentives.
Qualifications
Knowledge of the solar industry and solar power systems, including basic technical concepts and market trends.
Ability to generate and qualify leads through field visits, referrals, and digital channels.
Strong communication skills for explicit presentations, consultations, and stakeholder interactions.
Customer service skills to support clients before and after installation and address queries effectively.
Comfort working on-site and traveling within Lucknow and nearby areas as required.
Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM or sales tracking tools.
Prior experience in solar, energy, or B2C/B2B sales is preferred but not mandatory.
