Role Description
Unified Infotech is looking for an experienced QA Manager / Principal Engineer – QA to lead quality engineering initiatives for mid-scale and complex applications. The role requires a strong passion for software quality, team leadership, software system design, requirements understanding, and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will lead a team of Quality Analysts and QA Engineers while working closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and Client teams to ensure high-quality, reliable, and business-aligned product releases.
The role requires a robust understanding of business requirements,



SDLC and STLC, software testing methodologies, web and mobile technologies, test automation, and quality engineering practices. The candidate will also be responsible for mentoring the QA team, improving testing processes, identifying risks, and driving continuous quality improvements across projects.

Desired Experience
10+ years of overall experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Proven experience working closely with development teams to understand requirements, identify risks, and communicate business and technical impacts of defects.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing and mentoring a QA team of at least 4–5 members.
Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, planning, time-management, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, support teams, engineering teams, and management.
