Role Description The Inside Sales Executive will work on-site full time at the Careerveda office in Noida, engaging prospective learners and guiding them through the enrollment process. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting outbound and inbound calls, explaining program offerings, and understanding candidate goals to recommend suitable courses.



The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up with prospects, and meeting or exceeding enrollment and revenue targets. The Inside Sales Executive will collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align messaging, improve conversion rates, and provide feedback from learners. The position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and a strong focus on building long-term relationships with learners.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales skills, with experience handling high-volume calls and closing enrollments.
