Role description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with a solid background in software development and a deep understanding of Salesforce.com. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative software solutions that enhance our business processes and improve user experience. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications on the Salesforce.com platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to ensure robust and scalable solutions.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality.

Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications, providing timely resolutions.





Stay updated with the latest Salesforce.com features and enhancements to leverage them in development.

Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Document technical specifications, processes, and workflows for future reference.

Provide support and training to end-users as needed.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce.com development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

Proficiency in Salesforce data modeling, security, and integration techniques.

Experience with Salesforce APIs and web services.

Solid understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with other programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
