Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development professional with 10+ years of experience to drive new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience with CRM and sales processes, and exposure to Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and outreach.
Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and bulk mailing campaigns to prospective clients.
Research and identify potential customers and decision-makers.
Qualify leads based on business requirements, opportunity potential, and sales criteria.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team for further engagement.
Own the sales process end-to-end, from prospect identification through opportunity development and closure.




Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and opportunity information in CRM systems.
Support marketing campaigns, lead-generation initiatives, and targeted outreach programs.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective follow-up and conversion of qualified leads.
Consistently contribute toward achieving business development and revenue targets.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
Strong verbal and written phone and email communication skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales processes.
Experience working with or selling to Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
Proven experience in end-to-end sales ownership.
Strong exposure to cold calling, prospecting, and bulk email campaigns.
