THE ROLE IN ONE LINE
You get dropped into a team that has a number which is not moving. You use AI to move it. Six weeks. Then you rotate to the next one.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Embed with one function for six weeks: sales operations, marketing measurement, cost and efficiency, or delivery. One named sponsor, one signed outcome.
Spend week one watching the real work. Sit on demo calls. Sit beside an Account Director for a full call block. Pull the data yourself. You will not diagnose a business from a dashboard.
Build the thing that fixes it. An agent, a workflow, a scoring model, an automation that removes fifteen hours a week. You build it, not a vendor and not the engineering team.
Get it adopted. Sit next to the people using it until they use it without you in the room.
Hand it over with a named owner and a runbook, then write a one-page memo carrying a rupee number that your sponsor and Finance both sign.
Rotate. Roughly six of these a year.
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE DONE BY YEAR ONE
Day 30: one automation live that removes 10 or more hours a week of manual work.
Day 90:
two functions worked, ₹40 lakh of annualised, counter-signed impact.
Month 12: six projects shipped, verified impact of at least six times your cost, and function heads asking for you by name.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
An engineering degree from a Tier 1 institute, 0 to 2 years out.
Ex-product, ex-consulting, or someone who has run an AI-led initiative end to end. Any of the three works.
Something you have shipped with AI that another person used repeatedly. Not drafts and summaries. A workflow, an agent, a scoring model, an internal tool. Send the link; we will ask you to walk us through the decisions you made building it.
SQL and spreadsheets at working fluency. You get your own data. You do not raise a ticket to answer a question.
Transparent, short writing. The one-page memo is the actual product of this job.
Comfort with being the most junior person in the room, telling a function head that their process is the
