SonyLIV is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Regional Head – Ad Sales, LCS (West 1). This position is responsible for managing the top-line and bottom-line of the Digital Business for the assigned region (West) for Large Scale Clients. The position is expected to possess a sharp understanding of market dynamics and digital ad inventories, along with the ability to forge solid partnerships with clients and create value for them.
The role requires an aggressive and result-oriented approach towards achieving revenue targets and making a strong impact in digital advertising sales.

POSITION SPECIFICATION
Education – MBA (Preferred)
Overall Experience – 13+ years of experience in Advertising Sales with TV + OTT experience is preferred. Candidates with relevant TV Sales experience may also be considered.
Desirable Experience
Well-versed with client strategies and advertising agencies across West India.
Strong agency and client relationships and contacts.
Good understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and market dynamics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




Maximize monetization opportunities by creating and expanding the client base and consistently creating digital brand needs.
Act as the SonyLIV ambassador in the market for the agency relationships owned, and be responsible for shaping long-term business plans with clients/agencies to position SonyLIV as a preferred destination.
Strategize towards securing a steady business base through acquiring long-term commitments.
Manage all stakeholder relationships end-to-end with minimal supervision.
Develop preferred partnerships with top digital advertisers through fact-finding on brands and marketing plans, providing accurate information and feedback on past campaigns, and ensuring smooth execution of deals.
Drive in-depth account management through client servicing, customized properties/deals and other digital brand solutions for critical launches.
Build, manage and scale a strong revenue pipeline with advertisers and agencies,
