We are looking for an Associate Manager – Performance Marketing to join our team and take ownership of the day-to-day execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns.
About the Role
This is a hands-on performance marketing role for someone with 3–4 years of experience who enjoys working directly on advertising platforms, analyzing campaign data, and optimizing campaigns to improve lead generation and lead quality.
You will manage campaigns across Google SEM, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, while also supporting the performance marketing activities for Pay Per Campaign's own accounts.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management
Manage the end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns across Google SEM, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Plan, set up, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns based on business and performance objectives.
Manage campaign budgets, targeting, audiences,



keywords, bidding, creatives, and campaign structures.
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and lead quality.
Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
Monitor campaign performance regularly and take corrective action where required.
Lead Generation & Agency Accounts
Manage Pay Per Campaign's own performance marketing accounts end-to-end.
Monitor lead volume, campaign efficiency, and lead quality.
Work with internal teams to identify lead-quality issues and recommend improvements.
Continuously look for opportunities to improve campaign performance and marketing efficiency.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare regular performance reports and campaign dashboards.
Own the Performance Media section of internal and client business reviews.
Analyze campaign data and provide transparent insights, learnings, and recomm
