Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will lead and manage branch and field sales activities, including developing sales plans, driving customer acquisition, and achieving revenue and portfolio growth targets. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring sales teams, monitoring performance,



and ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and improving customer experience. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with operations and credit teams to support smooth service delivery.
