About the Role
We are looking for a Field Executive to join our team and work closely with farmers on the ground.
This is a field-based role where you will help farmers use digital agriculture applications, collect farm and crop information, support field activities, and share feedback with our product and technology teams.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys field work, interacting with farmers, using technology, and learning about modern agriculture.

Key Responsibilities
Visit farms and interact with farmers regularly.
Support farmers in using mobile applications and digital tools.
Register farmers and collect farm and crop information.
Support farm/plot mapping and other field data collection activities.
Complete assigned field activities and update them through the mobile app.
Take feedback from farmers and identify issues faced during app usage.
Test and use digital agriculture applications in real-world field conditions.
Maintain accurate records of farmers, farms and field activities.




Share regular updates and observations with the team.
Support other field and operations activities as required.

Who we are looking for
Graduate or Diploma holder; Agriculture / Agribusiness background preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications.
Good communication skills and comfortable speaking with farmers.
Willing to travel regularly to villages and farms.
Basic understanding of agriculture and crops is preferred.
Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
Tamil-speaking candidates preferred.
Own 2-wheeler and valid driving licence are compulsory.
