THE ROLE
We are looking for a Vice President of Marketing who can own the entire marketing function at Invisel — from
brand and content to performance and distribution. This is a leadership role, not an execution role. You will
manage a team of 12–15 people, align strategy with the CMO and Chief Growth Officer, and ensure that every
output from the marketing department is on-brand, on-time, and driving measurable results.
You will be reporting to the CEO and working in close coordination with the Chief Growth Officer. You will be
the operational brain of the marketing department — the person who ensures strategy becomes execution
and execution becomes results.
This role is for you if you have led a marketing team in a D2C or agency environment, you understand
how e-commerce brands grow across website and marketplaces, and you are equally comfortable
thinking about brand strategy and reviewing a content calendar for the week.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
▸ 1. Marketing Department Leadership
• Own the day-to-day management of the entire marketing team — video editors, graphic designers,
content creators, performance marketers, influencer managers, and marketplace executives
• Set explicit roles, responsibilities, KPIs, and workflows for every person on the team
• Conduct weekly team reviews — track output, resolve blockers, and maintain the pace of execution
• Build a culture of accountability, speed, and quality within the marketing department
• Hire, onboard, and develop team members as the function grows
▸ 2. Brand Consistency & Quality
• Ensure every piece of content and communication that leaves the marketing team is consistent with the
Invisel brand — visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging standards
