We're partnering with an established, expanding premium consumer business (Lower Parel, Mumbai) to find their next General Manager – Operations.

The role: This is a high ownership leadership position overseeing business operations through the company's next phase of growth spanning production, supply chain, procurement, and customer-facing functions, with direct responsibility for efficiency, compliance, and profitability.

What makes it stand out: The mandate covers both retail/Hospitality chain and bottling operations, with significant overlap between the two offering broader commercial exposure than a typical operations leadership role.

Ideal profile: 5-8+ years in operations leadership, preferably within hospitality, F&B;, manufacturing, retail, or consumer businesses, with a proven track record of scaling operations and robust people management.
