Responsibilities

Developing the best practices for Revit, Civil 3D and Open Rail & Road use.
Completing interim quality spot checks on Civil 3D, Revit, Bentley Open Rail & Road BIMs.
Troubleshooting Civil 3D and Project integration challenges associated with DREFs.
Identify the repetitive task and create a script with Civil 3D Dynamo / Python.
Supporting the Clash Review process with horizontal disciplines including but not limited to maintaining the Federated Model for horizontal disciplines, validating interoperability and export processes with teams, confirming exports are provided for Clash Review in a timely manner,



and distributing and following up with team members to close out clashes requiring input from multiple stakeholders.
Acting as the Subject Matter Expert regarding client’s Civil 3D & Open Rail standards and procedures.
Providing quality control checks of drawings prepared by others prior to each submission to the client.
Leading the preparation and or management of drawing sets to be submitted to clients as reference documents or as part of formal reports/submissions.
Establishing and fostering relationships with clients and developing key contacts with clients and other internal and external stakeholders.
Mentoring and imparting knowledge and professional skills with junior through intermediate level staff.
Facilitating strategic planning in the implementation and transition to other design platforms (e.g. 3D model space, BIM).
