Role Overview
Exequa is looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Associate Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship.
In this role, you will help us identify potential clients, research new markets, generate qualified leads, and connect with businesses that could benefit from Exequa's services.
This is a hands-on opportunity to learn B2B business development, lead generation, market research, prospecting, and client outreach while working with an international-focused business.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential B2B clients in international markets




Generate and qualify leads based on Exequa's target customer profile
Conduct market and competitor research
Find relevant decision-makers and business contacts
Conduct LinkedIn and email outreach to potential clients
Create personalised outreach messages
Follow up with prospects and maintain communication
Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records
Identify potential client needs and business opportunities
Support the team in booking discovery calls with interested prospects
Track outreach, responses, and lead-generation performance
Share weekly updates on business development activities
Requirements
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Good English communication
Interest in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition
Good research and analytical skills
Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Sheets/Excel, and online research tools
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
