Role Overview
The CFO Office will support the organization in driving special / strategic projects, AOP, financial
planning, business performance monitoring, MIS reporting, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision
making. The role involves close coordination with sales, operations, design, and management teams to track bookings, project progress, and business metrics while ensuring timely reporting and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Performance & Metrics Analysis :
- Track key business metrics and operational performance indicators.
- Analyze sales pipeline, revenue realization, order backlog, and project progress.
- Prepare business performance summaries for leadership meetings.
- Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities based on data analysis.
- Support management in strategic decision-making using business insights.
- Define and maintain KPI tracking frameworks for various departments.
- Monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual performance vs targets.
- Create performance dashboards for leadership review.




- Highlight performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Assist department heads in tracking team performance metrics.
2. Drive Annual Operating Plans (Montly, Quarterly, Half yearly, yearly) :- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
- Conduct variance analysis between actuals vs budget/forecast.
- Support cost analysis and profitability analysis.
- Prepare unit economics and project profitability reports.
- Monitor revenue, margins, and operational cost efficiency.
3. Data Analysis & Decision Support :
- Analyze large datasets to identify business insights and operational trends.
- Provide data-backed recommendations to improve business performance.
- Support management with ad-hoc analytical reports.
- Create data visualization reports for executive presentations.
4. Special Projects & Cross-Functional Coordination :
- Work with Sales, Operations, Design, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
