Job Description
This role requires an experienced and detail-oriented Manager to lead all quality-related functions at our Company. The QC Manager will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of product quality, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and driving continuous improvement initiatives.



This role demands strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of precision machining and inspection/testing methods.

Education, Qualifications & Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. An advanced degree or quality certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE) are an advantage.
10+ years experience in quality management in manufacturing, preferably at a heavy engineering OEM. Experience in heavy rotating machinery, bearings, or precision mechanical components is highly desirable.
Robust knowledge of Engineering Drawings and Quality Standards, including ISO 9001, AS9100, and GD&T; principles.
Proficiency in using quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, and 8D problem-solving methodologies.
Experience with precision measurement equipment and CMM programming.
Proven experience leading or supervising quality teams, including coaching, training, and performance management.
