Role Description This is a full time, on-site Life Insurance Agent role based in Vadodara. The agent is responsible for identifying prospective clients, explaining LIC’s life insurance products, and recommending suitable plans based on individual needs and financial goals. Daily activities include meeting clients in person, conducting needs assessments, preparing proposals,



and assisting with application and documentation processes. The role involves providing ongoing customer service, handling policy queries, premium reminders, and supporting clients through claims and policy servicing. The agent is also expected to achieve sales targets, participate in training sessions, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of LIC products, regulations, and market trends.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage to effectively promote and manage life insurance products.
