Position Summary

UST is seeking an experienced Workday Extend Integration Lead to drive the design, development, implementation, and management of Workday integrations and Workday Extend solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday Integrations, Workday Extend, Studio, EIB, web services, and enterprise integration technologies, with the ability to lead complex integration initiatives across Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial Management domains.

This role requires strong technical leadership, client-facing communication skills, and experience delivering scalable integration solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities





Lead the design and architecture of Workday integrations between Workday and external enterprise applications.
Design, build, test, and deploy Workday Extend applications and integration solutions.
Develop and manage integrations using:
Workday Studio
Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
Core Connectors
Web Services
Third-party integration platforms
Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements.
Define integration scope, architecture, and implementation strategy.
Collaborate with clients, business users, and third-party vendors to deliver end-to-end integration solutions.
Ensure high-quality data exchange, system reliability, and process alignment across HCM, Payroll, Finance, and other business functions.
Lead integration development lifecycle activities including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Identify and resolve complex integration challenges while ensuring adherence to best practices.
