Degree or coursework in computer studies and/or information technology.

Exposure to Windows OS Mac OS & Linux; in depth knowledge of Windows10 11 and Microsoft Office products.

General knowledge of AD, DNS and DHCP, as well has how to create file share structures and network computers together into a companywide domain.
Have an understanding of networking concepts and practice.
