Your Tasks

Set clear objectives and performance expectations for team members.

P&L; & Business Development:
Accountable for profit and loss (P&L;) of the related client base
Develop and execute strategies to increase the profitability within the designated area of responsibility.
Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
Forecasting and Monitoring:
Analyze market trends and customer data to forecast demand and inform strategic decision-making.




Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Harmonized Customer Experience:
Ensure consistency and quality in the customer experience across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Address any issues or concerns raised by customers in a timely and effective manner.
Medtech Market Cultivation:
Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the medical technology (medtech) market.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Identify opportunities to position the organization as a leader in the medtech industry.
Strategic Development Collaboration:
Work closely with MHS Global to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
