About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong technical background and hands-on understanding of the AI Software Development Life Cycle (AI SDLC) to lead the delivery of AI-powered products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end program execution for AI/ML initiatives from ideation to production.
Manage cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Data Science, MLOps, and Business stakeholders.
Define project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
Ensure adherence to AI SDLC best practices, including data management, model development, validation, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
Track program health, resolve blockers,



and provide executive-level status reporting.
Facilitate agile delivery and foster continuous improvement across teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of program/project management experience with a strong technical foundation.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts, MLOps, cloud platforms, and modern software engineering practices.
Experience managing complex, large-scale technology programs.
Solid stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
PMP/Agile certifications preferred.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Responsible AI, and AI governance frameworks.
Familiarity with Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, or Google Cloud AI services.
