We are a growing Real Estate Channel Partner firm working with leading developers and residential, commercial & investment projects.

As we set up our new firm and build our team, we are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Head who has hands-on experience in real estate marketing and lead generation, preferably with a channel partner or brokerage firm.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be responsible for building and managing the entire marketing function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and execute the company's overall marketing & lead-generation strategy
Generate high-quality, qualified real estate leads through Meta, Google and other relevant channels
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, budgets, CPL and lead quality
Build a robust brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google and other relevant platforms
Develop and manage the company's content and social media strategy
Plan campaigns for individual projects based on location, pricing, target audience and inventory




Build lead funnels from Advertisement → Lead → Qualification → Site Visit → Booking
Set up and manage CRM, lead tracking, reporting and marketing analytics
Work closely with the sales team to improve lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversion
Identify new lead-generation opportunities including corporate tie-ups, referrals, events, local marketing and partnerships
Build and eventually manage the marketing team, including performance marketing, content, design and other required functions
Track marketing ROI and continuously improve campaigns based on actual business results

Who We're Looking For:
4–8+ years of relevant marketing experience
Real estate marketing experience is strongly preferred
Prior experience with a real estate channel partner, brokerage, developer or property sales company is highly preferred
Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
