We work closely with clients, including businesses and personal brands in the U.S., to create content that helps them grow their audience, build authority, and generate business.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands social media culture, keeps up with trends, and can take ownership of content strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Find and research trending topics, formats, sounds, hooks, and content ideas across social media platforms.

• Develop and execute social media strategies based on client goals and target audiences.

• Work directly with U.S. based clients and understand their brand, audience, and content requirements.





• Research competitors and identify opportunities to improve content performance.

• Plan content calendars and ensure content is published consistently.

• Analyze social media performance and use insights to improve future content.

• Understand and work with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads, including basic campaign setup, audience targeting, performance tracking, and optimization.

• Communicate clearly with clients and the internal team.

• Use AI tools to improve research, content ideation, strategy, and workflow efficiency, especially Claude.

• Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, trends, and platform culture.

• Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver work on time.
