We are seeking a dedicated Consultant with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Workday Reporting and Analytics as well as Workday HCM and Payroll. A background in Finance and Accounting is advantageous. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with no travel necessary.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement Workday Reporting and Analytics solutions to enhance business processes and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Workday HCM.
Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices to optimize system performance and user experience.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday applications in a timely manner.
Facilitate training sessions for end-users to maximize the effective use of Workday tools.
Monitor system updates and enhancements ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
Support the finance and accounting teams by providing insights through Workday analytics.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest Workday features and industry trends.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Ensure alignment of Workday solutions with organizational goals and objectives.
Participate in project planning and execution to deliver high-quality Workday solutions. Qualifications
Demonstrate proficiency in Workday Reporting and Analytics with a robust understanding of its functionalities.
Possess hands-on experience with Workday HCM showcasing the ability to manage and configure the system effectively.
Exhibit knowledge in Finance and Accounting aiding in the integration of financial processes within Workday.
