Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Mumbai, focused on IT services.



The Sales Manager will lead end-to-end sales activities, including identifying and qualifying prospects, building pipelines, and managing the complete sales cycle for IT consulting, digital transformation, and software development services. Responsibilities include developing account strategies, conducting client presentations and demos, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals while meeting and exceeding revenue and margin targets. The role involves close collaboration with presales, technical, delivery, and marketing teams to craft compelling solutions and ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery. The Sales Manager will be expected to maintain strong client relationships, monitor market trends and competition, and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership.
