The facility uses SS 316 for contact and non-contact parts to minimize contamination risks, supported by robust CIP (Cleaning in Place) systems. Raw material storage and production activities follow strict documentation and internal audits, aligning with positive manufacturing practices.

Role Description:
The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, hybrid position based in the South of India, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The person in this role will identify and develop new business opportunities,



build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and strategic partners, and support growth in domestic and international markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, prospecting, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with production, quality, and logistics teams to align customer requirements with operational capabilities. The Business Development Manager will track sales performance, forecast demand, and provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership. The role also involves representing the company at industry events, ensuring accurate product communication, and contributing to long-term commercial strategy.
