Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dwarka. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and present tailored solutions to founders and MSME owners. This role includes managing the end-to-end sales cycle,



from initial outreach and needs assessment to closing deals and supporting onboarding. The Sales Specialist will maintain strong customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with customer success and product teams to improve the buyer experience. The role also involves tracking sales performance, providing feedback from the field, and contributing to training materials and repeatable sales processes.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with diverse stakeholders.
Customer Service abilities to handle queries, resolve concerns, and support a high-quality user experience.
Sales expertise in lead generation, consultative selling, and closing deals in a B2B or SaaS setting.
Training and Sales Management capabilities to guide prospective customers, support onboarding, and help refine sales playbooks.
