Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for PleadFlow’s legal technology solutions. The specialist will develop and execute marketing campaigns, create sales collateral, and support brand-building initiatives across digital and offline channels.



Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing clients, providing excellent customer service, gathering market and customer feedback, and collaborating with product and leadership teams to refine offerings and go-to-market strategies. The role also includes training clients on product usage, tracking sales performance metrics, and preparing regular reports.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with legal professionals and organizational stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
Candidates should possess Training skills to onboard clients and conduct product demonstrations and workshops.
Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or legal services, is beneficial.
