Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Sanganer. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records management. The role involves implementing and maintaining HR policies, supporting compliance, and coordinating performance management processes.



The Human Resources Executive will manage employee relations, address workplace concerns, support engagement initiatives, and assist with recruitment activities such as screening, scheduling interviews, and facilitating offers. The position also includes collaborating with management to support workforce planning and contributing to HR reports and process improvements.
Qualifications

Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR activities.
Experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HRIS usage, and day-to-day administrative processes.
Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance practices, with the ability to implement and communicate them effectively.
Proven skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, counseling, and engagement support.
