Role Overview
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to own and grow client relationships across all our advisory verticals. This role is critical to ensuring an exceptional client experience—from onboarding to ongoing engagement throughout—while acting as the primary coordination point between clients and internal advisory teams.
The Relationship Manager will work closely with Sales, Advisory, Tax, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery, clear communication, and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the post-sales and engagement lifecycle.
Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including documentation, process coordination, expectation setting, and timely handover to relevant teams.
Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication, proactive follow-ups, and a high-touch service approach.
Lead client meetings with a balance of relationship-building, engaging conversations, and structured, agenda-driven service discussions.
Develop a thorough understanding of client requirements and ensure deliverables are aligned with agreed scope, expectations, and timelines.
