Skills And Competencies





Extensive 15–20+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibility for complex global accounting operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions
Deep expertise in United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), internal controls, financial compliance, accruals, prepaids, cash accounting, and expense recognition
Proven ability to lead large global accounting organizations, including management of senior leaders and oversight of onshore and offshore delivery models
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, Legal, Audit, and external audit functions
Demonstrated success leading finance transformation initiatives involving process standardization, automation, systems enhancements, and operating model evolution
Advanced proficiency with enterprise finan
