We are seeking an experienced Architect with 6 to 8 years of experience in Workday and Workday Financial Management. The role involves designing and implementing solutions that align with business objectives. The position is hybrid allowing flexibility in work location and operates during the day shift. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
Design and implement Workday solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develop comprehensive architectural plans that integrate Workday Financial Management with existing systems.
Ensure the scalability and reliability of Workday solutions by conducting thorough testing and validation.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize functionality and user experience.
Conduct regular reviews of Workday configurations to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Lead workshops and training sessions to educate users on recent features and functionalities of Workday.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Workday applications.
Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and enhancements to leverage new features for business benefit.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday solutions.
Document all architectural designs and modifications for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Support the change management process by providing insights and recommendations for system improvements.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in Workday and Workday Financial Management with a proven track record of successful implementations.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
