Position Title: Creative Brand Strategist
Location: In office, Ahmedabad

Role Overview:

The Creative Brand Strategist professional will be responsible for developing creative social media strategies while driving measurable results through performance marketing. The ideal candidate should have experience in brand strategy, content planning, social media, paid advertising, and campaign optimization.

This role requires a balance of creative thinking and analytical decision-making someone who can understand a brand, develop the right communication, and use performance data to improve results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative & Social Media Strategy
- Create innovative and tailored social media strategies to meet client objectives.
- Analyze audience insights, trends, and platform algorithms to craft impactful content strategies.

2. Content & Shoot Planning
- Plan, execute, and oversee photoshoots and video production for social media and digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, influencers,



and creative team members to bring content ideas to life.
- Ensure timely delivery of content, maintaining brand consistency and high-quality visuals.

3. Copywriting & Design Coordination:
- Write Copies as per the approved content calendar and coordinate with the design team to bring your vision to life.

4. Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid campaigns, primarily across Meta and Google ads.
- Track metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize audiences, creatives, messaging, and budgets.
- Use performance insights to improve future content and campaigns.
- Track the performance of organic and paid social media campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and KPIs.
