About the Role
Kemar Automation is looking for a Business Analyst with a strong combination of business understanding, technical capabilities and customer-facing skills. The candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams from requirement gathering and POC through project implementation and Go-Live.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer processes, challenges and business requirements.
Prepare BRD/FRD, process flows and functional specifications.
Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements.
Drive POCs, demonstrations, UAT and project implementation.
Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Development and Project teams.
Work directly with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Support solutions involving RFID, IoT, AI/Vision, Automation, WMS/YMS/TMS and ERP/SAP integrations.
Candidate Profile
3–6 years of relevant BA / Functional experience.
Solid business orientation with good technical understanding.
Excellent customer interaction, communication and presentation skills.
Hands-on, solution-oriented and capable of taking ownership.
Comfortable with travel, customer sites and challenging industrial/project environments.
Preferred: Experience in Industrial Automation, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing or Enterprise Software Solutions.
