Role Description The Head of Influencer Marketing is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading the agency’s influencer marketing function. This role oversees strategy development, campaign planning, and execution for influencer collaborations across social platforms, ensuring that campaigns align with client objectives and brand positioning. The Head of Influencer Marketing will manage relationships with content creators, negotiate partnerships, coordinate deliverables, and track performance metrics to optimize results. Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring the influencer marketing team, collaborating closely with account managers and creative teams, and identifying new talent and partnership opportunities. The role also involves staying current with trends, platforms, and best practices in influencer and social media marketing to continually refine Creators Gram’s offerings.
Qualifications
Experience in influencer marketing strategy, campaign planning, and talent management, with a strong track record of successful social media and creator-led campaigns.




Skills in relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management to work effectively with creators, clients, and internal teams.
Ability to analyze campaign data, interpret performance metrics, and use insights to optimize future influencer and social media initiatives.
Proficiency in social media platforms, influencer marketing tools, and basic project management practices to coordinate end-to-end campaign execution.
Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring capabilities, with the ability to create a collaborative and inclusive working environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategies, reports, and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
Relevant experience in agencies or brand-side marketing; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
