Role Description The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting consultative sales calls, and presenting Careers Blueprint’s services to prospective clients. In this full-time remote role, the Sales Executive will manage the sales pipeline, follow up on inquiries, prepare proposals, and close sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.



Day-to-day activities include understanding client needs, recommending appropriate service packages, collaborating with the operations and writing teams on smooth handoffs, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also involves monitoring market trends, gathering client feedback, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
