Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned HR Technology Specialist to lead the administration, optimisation, and evolution of our HR systems landscape, with primary ownership of UKG and extended responsibility for Jobvite (ATS)



and Docebo (LMS). This role sits at the intersection of HR, technology, and data, and is pivotal in enabling a scalable, effective, and insight driven people function across our global organisation.

In addition to ensuring operational excellence across existing platforms, the role will play a key part in shaping and delivering our future HRIS strategy. This includes supporting system evaluation, design, and implementation as part of a broader HR transformation agenda. The role requires close collaboration with HR, IT, external partners, and regional stakeholders to translate business priorities into robust, future ready system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

HR Systems Ownership and Operations

Own the end to end administration, configuration, and performance of UKG as the core HR system
Oversee the effective functioning of Jobvite and Docebo, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experi
