Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations for bridge and building engineering products, manage key accounts, and develop recent business opportunities across infrastructure,



transport, defence, and related sectors. Responsibilities include identifying prospects, preparing and presenting technical proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue and margin targets. The role also involves coordinating closely with marketing, engineering, and production teams to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and adherence to project specifications. The Sales Manager will track market trends, maintain an updated sales pipeline, prepare periodic sales reports, and represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills in B2B or industrial/engineering products, with proven experience in managing end-to-end sales cycles.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships across government bodies, contractors, consultants, and corporate accounts.
