- Installing and configuring server & application software
- Creating and maintaining user accounts
- Working on Virtualization Technologies
- Candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting of tickets, monitoring the server infrastructure and handling escalated tickets of low to medium complexity
- Deliverables will include ticket ownership, response, resolution and update and handle escalated tickets from various levels.
- Ensure adherence to customer SLAs across all levels
- Collaborate with fellow system administrators and support team members
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of Linux Server Setting
- Experience in web hosting industry preferred
- Outstanding troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
