Job Description:
The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining Salesforce solutions that enable efficient sales and operations processes. The role includes supporting org consolidation, implementing enhancements across Sales Cloud and related apps, and contributing to CPQ improvements as part of a broader roadmap. The candidate will work closely with Admins, Architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage regular cadence to communicate product road map and releases to both internal stakeholders. Develop and maintain custom components using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
Support Salesforce org consolidation: metadata alignment,
data migration, and permission harmonisation.
Implement enhancements for CPQ and other Salesforce features.
Collaborate with Admins and Architects to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
Ensure code quality, testing, and CI/CD best practices.
Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to support teams
Required Skills:
4+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL).
Exposure to multi-org consolidation and data migration.
Experience with CPQ (custom or Salesforce CPQ) preferred.
Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing frameworks.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
