Job Description




Lead the business controlling of assigned business units (Regional & Global) and provide support in implementing globally aligned finance policies, processes & systems.
Understand stakeholder’s expectation, build strong relationship and collaborates effectively.
Maintain strong business acumen and financial credibility to work as trusted business advisor and finance business partner.
Perform financial planning and track continued development of Budget, Financial forecasting and Operating plan.
Drive and review the financial performance of assigned Business units and provide quality assurance of the internal monthly reporting.
Review and control overall financial performance of projects, project profitability and order book in the business.
Understand project risk & opportunities, participate in project reviews and supervise follow-up on WIP/AR.
Monitoring of Working capital and take initiatives for reduction of working capital
