Role Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will own and execute BigHammer's entire digital presence and demand generation engine. You will be the single-threaded owner of our brand across all digital channels — responsible for building awareness among data engineering leaders, generating qualified pipeline,



and establishing BigHammer as a thought leader in AI-powered data engineering.
This role requires someone who is equal parts creative strategist and hands-on executor. You will manage campaigns end-to-end, from ideation through analytics. You will work directly with the CEO to translate founder-led thought leadership into scalable marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Marketing
• Own and manage BigHammer's presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels
• Develop and execute a weekly content calendar aligned with GTM campaigns, product launches, and industry events
• Write, edit, and publish social posts, blog articles, case study summaries, and thought leadership content in the founder's voice
• Build and engage a community of data engineers, CDOs, CTOs, and data platform leaders
• Track trending topics in AI, data engineering, and cloud migration; create timely, relevant con
